Zero option mod that changes your targets hp text to percentage.

- v0.2.1 Target name no longer warps in Patch 1.2
- v0.2.1 Slightly different font and outline shadow, tell me if it's not enough.
- v0.2 Better fonts for target name and hp%.
- v0.2 Shadow outline on target name to make it easier to read in bright environments.
- v0.1 Changed target hp values to hp%.
I threw this together quickly because some people requested it on the TSW forum.
Did actually try to do a "current / max (hp%)" mix, but was unable to while using the default funcom system file. Sorry! ^^
